Partner Agreement

By being a partner of Spartan52 Media Group you agree to all the terms and conditions defined below in this agreement.

'You' or 'Your' refers to the Partner.
'Spartan52' refers to the Spartan52 Media Group.
'Site' refers to sites.google.com/view/spartan52 and sites.google.com/view/legiontv.

You give Spartan52 the right to use the predetermined video content. Video content will be shown on the site and may be used for marketing purposes. Video content used for marketing purposes may contain a snippet averaging up to five minutes in length or full length if the video content was already existing promotional material, such as a preview or trailer.

You give Spartan52 the right to use any promotional content or other content related to the predetermined video content. The defined content will be used in the site to promote the video content and may additionally be used for Spartan52's promotional and other content.

You give exclusive streaming rights to the predetermined video content to Spartan52. This excludes any streaming hosted directly by you.

You give the right for Spartan52 to use your name (under which you publish content) and content name(s). The names may be listed as content or as a partner on the site. Spartan52 may also reference you and your content as being associated with Spartan52, such as your content on the site or you as a partner. 

If you decide to void this agreement, Spartan52 gives up rights to your content.  You must give up to three months for Spartan52 to remove all your content.
